We collect necessary information to fulfill our travel agreement with you. If we do not have a contractual relationship or another legal basis to handle your data, you have, for example, in connection with contests or other contacts with us, provided consent for us to process your data to send newsletters.

For What Purposes Is Data Collected?
Data is needed to manage, deliver, and provide customer service for the travel services or any other services we offer. Your personal data is used, for instance, to send and provide information via email, SMS, and/or phone calls related to the trip. Your contact details and booking information may also be used for customer surveys.

How Long Is the Information Stored?
After your trip, your customer data and travel history are stored for up to two years unless you actively consent to longer storage. We also store your personal data on other legal grounds, such as to comply with accounting regulations. The statutory requirements under other laws dictate how long we must keep your data. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time.

Who Else Has Access to the Personal Data?
